Holiday Party Boba Catering in DFW
Office holiday parties, team celebrations and winter school events. We roll the cart inside, pour seasonal flavors you cannot get the rest of the year, and hand your guests something warm-tasting in a cup they want to photograph.
Seasonal flavors, no extra cost
These three run for the holiday season only. They count as regular flavor picks inside whichever package you choose, so adding them costs nothing extra. Mix them with the year round menu however you like.
Peppermint Milk Tea
Classic black milk tea with real peppermint. Cool finish, cozy base, tastes like the candy cane bowl at the front desk.
Cranberry Green Tea
Tart cranberry over jasmine green tea. Bright red in a clear cup and the most refreshing thing at an indoor party.
Toasted Marshmallow Cocoa
Warm-flavored cocoa with toasted marshmallow syrup and milk, served cold over ice. No caffeine, so kids and late-night guests can have one.

Why boba beats the usual December spread
It works inside
No tent, no wind, no melting. We need about 8x6 feet of flat floor and a standard outlet within 50 feet, which every office lobby and school cafeteria already has.
It is not another coffee urn
Everybody has had the hotel pan of cookies and the box of drip coffee. A boba bar gets people out of their chairs and standing in the same line together.
It photographs itself
16 oz clear printed cups with dome lids. Cranberry red next to matcha green looks like Christmas in a cup, and it ends up on everyone's story without you asking.
Everyone gets a drink
Caffeine free options, free dairy-free swaps and no alcohol required. Your December party stays inclusive and nobody has to drive home carefully.
What a holiday party costs
Same pricing as every other event, no holiday markup. Pick a package by how many flavors you want, then add setup and staffing.
- Double Sip, 2 flavors, $5 per guest, unlimited during your service window
- Triple Sip, 3 flavors, $6 per guest, unlimited during your service window
- Quad Sip, 4 flavors, $7 per guest, unlimited during your service window
- Setup and delivery $125 flat, bobaristas $225 each
- Matcha drinks add $1 per guest, 50 guest minimum
A 100 person office party on the Triple Sip with two hours of service runs $950 before tax. Run your own numbers on the pricing page.
Booking a company party
December books out early, so the first week you think about it is the right week to reach out. A 25% booking fee holds the date and the balance is due one week before.
We invoice, we send a certificate of insurance naming your building as additional insured, and we turn W-9s and vendor onboarding forms around within one business day.
