# Corporate Boba Catering Built for Headcount

We pour 60 to 80 drinks an hour per bobarista, so a 300 person office gets through the line before the energy dies. COI on request, invoice after, no chasing.

## Paperwork your procurement team will ask for

-   We invoice. Net 30 available for established companies, otherwise 25% deposit and balance one week out.
-   Certificate of insurance available on request, naming your venue or building as additional insured.
-   W-9 and vendor onboarding forms turned around within one business day.
-   Food handler certified staff and a written setup plan for building management.

## What we get booked for

### Office parties and holiday events

Something people talk about on Monday that is not another catered tray.

### Product launches and activations

Custom cup sleeves, branded signage and a drink named after the product.

### Employee appreciation days

Roll into the lobby at 2pm and serve 300 people across four hours.

### Conference and trade show booths

A line at your booth is the point. Boba builds one.

## How many bobaristas do you need?

One bobarista serves 60 to 80 drinks per hour. Take your headcount, divide by 70, and that is roughly how many service hours one cart needs. Over 75 guests we add a second bobarista for $150 and cut the line in half.

-   100 people in 90 minutes: two bobaristas
-   200 people across a 3 hour window: two bobaristas
-   300 people across a 4 hour window: three bobaristas

## What we need from your venue

About 8x6 feet of flat ground and a standard outlet within 50 feet. We bring the cart, ice, water, cups and everything else. Freight elevator access is fine, and we can break the cart down to fit a standard doorway.

Based in Dallas–Fort Worth and serving Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Fort Worth and the rest of the Metroplex. Travel past 30 miles is $2 per mile, and we travel outside DFW for large bookings.
