Pick based on your ceremony time and your crowd's age range, not on which one looks better in photos, because both look great in photos. This isn't a question with one right answer. It's a question with a right answer for your specific [wedding](/weddings). Here's how to actually figure out which side you're on. ## When does a coffee cart win? A coffee cart wins for early morning weddings, cold outdoor events, and older guest lists who want something warm in their hands. If your ceremony starts at 9am, or your reception runs into a chilly evening, or half your guest list is over 60 and would rather hold a warm mug than an iced cup, coffee is the honest answer.
